Terms of Use

PLTest is an independent learning service. It is not an official source and is not affiliated with Polish public authorities.

1. Who provides the Service

The Service is provided by Oleksii Hyria, a natural person carrying out activity in Poland without registering as an entrepreneur (działalność nierejestrowana) ("we").

2. What the Service is

The Service consists of:

• the Telegram bot @zdam_pl_bot;
• the website https://pltest.app;
• the personal account https://konto.pltest.app.

The Service helps you prepare for interviews and exams for foreigners in Poland (Obywatelstwo, Karta Polaka, Stały pobyt): tests, a mock exam, explanations, mistake review, reminders and reference materials.

The Service is not:

• legal or immigration assistance or advice;
• an official source of exam requirements;
• a guarantee that you will pass the exam.

3. Who may use it

The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or over. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18.

Technical requirements: the Telegram app (for the bot); an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled and an e-mail address or a Google account (for the personal account); internet access.

4. Account

• In the bot, your account is your Telegram account. We do not store passwords.
• You sign in to the personal account with a link from an e-mail or through Google. The personal account can be linked to your bot account.
• When you first sign in to the personal account, you accept these Terms; we store the version and time of your consent. If the Terms change, we will ask you to agree again (section 12).
• You can delete your account in the personal account with one button. Deletion ends access to the Service, including PRO; we warn you about this before deletion.

5. Free part and PRO

Part of the Service is free. Extended features are available in PRO.

• Plans and prices (including taxes) are shown before payment. Currently: 30 days, 90 days and "Forever" (including the family plan).
• All plans are a one-time payment with no automatic renewal.
• PRO is activated immediately after payment; the period runs from activation.
• "Forever" means PRO access for as long as PLTest operates, with no term and no renewals. If PLTest ever stops operating, the plan is valid until the day of closure, and we will notify you at least 30 days in advance through the bot, the personal account or e-mail.

Promo codes, gift access and the referral discount apply on the terms stated when they are granted and under the Referral Program Terms.

6. Payment

You conclude the PRO contract with us (section 1). Payment is accepted by Link, a Stripe service (Sold through Link, LLC), which acts as merchant of record:

• it accepts the payment, calculates and pays taxes;
• it sends you a receipt by e-mail;
• it handles payment issues and refunds under Link's own rules.

On your bank statement the payment appears as "LINK.COM*". We do not receive or store your card details. The Link terms also apply to the payment.

7. Right of withdrawal

You buy at a distance, so as a general rule you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

PRO is digital content that is activated immediately. Before payment we ask you to confirm that you:

• want access immediately, before the 14 days expire;
• understand that once access begins you lose the right of withdrawal.

After payment we send this confirmation to your e-mail. From that moment the right of withdrawal no longer applies (art. 38 ust. 1 pkt 13 ustawy o prawach konsumenta). Your rights if PRO does not conform to the contract (section 8) remain unaffected.

8. If something does not work: complaints

We are responsible for the Service conforming to the contract throughout the paid PRO period (art. 43l ustawy o prawach konsumenta). If something does not work, you can demand that it be fixed, and if that is impossible or fails, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract with a refund (art. 43m, 43n).

Send your complaint to support@pltest.app. State what happened, when, and your Telegram or account e-mail. We will reply within 14 days by e-mail (art. 7a ustawy o prawach konsumenta).

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may turn to out-of-court consumer dispute resolution bodies. Their list is at https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.

9. Liability

• The materials of the Service are educational. We check them carefully and correct mistakes as soon as we learn of them, but authorities' requirements may change before we update the materials.
• We are not responsible for the result of your exam or for an authority's decision.
• We are not responsible for outages of Telegram, Google or your internet that we cannot influence.
• These Terms do not limit our liability where the law does not allow it and do not limit your rights as a consumer.

10. Content

The texts, explanations and structure of the Service's questions belong to us or are used on a lawful basis. Do not copy or distribute them without our written consent.

If you send us a consul's question or other text, you grant us free of charge a non-exclusive licence to it, without territorial limitation, for as long as the Service operates, within the following scope:

• recording and storing the text and making digital copies of it;
• making it available in the Service so that every user can access it at a time and place of their choosing;
• editing, shortening, translating and combining it with other questions, and using these changes within the same scope.

You agree that we show the text without your name. Do not send other people's personal data or unlawful content.

11. Prohibited

• automatically collecting the Service's data (parsing, scraping);
• reselling or passing PRO access on to others, except for the family plan and gifts;
• sending unlawful content;
• using the Service for any other unlawful purpose.

For a serious or repeated violation we may restrict or close the account, having first told you the reason.

12. Changes to the Terms

We change the Terms only for a valid reason: a change in the law, new or changed features of the Service, security, or a change of payment service. We notify you of changes at least 14 days in advance through the bot, the personal account or e-mail.

For PRO already paid for, the Terms in force at the time of payment apply until the end of its period, unless the new Terms are more favourable to you or the change is required by law. If you do not agree with the changes, you can delete your account.

13. Law and courts

The Terms are governed by Polish law. This does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Disputes are heard by the court determined by law; a consumer may also bring a claim at their place of residence.

14. Languages

The Terms were drawn up in Ukrainian and translated into Polish, Russian and English. All versions have the same content. If wordings differ or a provision is unclear, it is interpreted in your favour (art. 385 § 2 Kodeksu cywilnego).
